The PriComp
Compliance Health Check.

Twelve statements about how your estate really runs. A scored read across compliance control, asset and PPM maturity, remediation accountability and audit readiness — and a straight answer on where you're most exposed. Free, about two minutes, no email gate.

Self-assessment

Rate how true each statement is today.

Answer for the estate as it actually operates — not as the policy says it should. Every section is optional: score the areas that matter to you and skip the rest. In our experience the section people skip is usually the one holding the risk, so if one feels awkward, that's worth a minute of its own. Your heatmap updates as you go, and nothing is stored unless you choose to send us your results.

Compliance

Statutory control

We could produce an in-date certificate for every statutory check — gas, electrical, fire, water, lifting — at every site, today.

Everyone who needs to know what's overdue this week can see it without someone building a report first.

When a check slips past its date, that surfaces by itself — we don't rely on somebody noticing.

Assets & PPM

Register & maintenance

We hold one register of every asset — plant, equipment, systems — with its location, category and service history.

Planned maintenance is recorded against the specific asset it covers, not just against the building.

When a service is completed, the next due date updates itself — nobody re-types dates into a planner.

Remediation

Jobs & accountability

Every remedial action an engineer raises becomes a tracked job with a named owner and a priority.

At any moment we can say how many remedials are open across the estate, how old they are, and who holds them.

The finding, the job that resolved it and the evidence of the fix are linked together — we could walk someone through it.

Documents & Evidence

Audit readiness

Certificates and inspection reports are filed against the record they belong to — not in an inbox, a shared drive or a folder per year.

The detail inside a report — findings, assets tested, next-due dates — is captured as data we can search, not just as a PDF.

If an enforcement officer, an insurer or a new owner asked for our evidence tomorrow, we could produce it in minutes rather than days.

How to read your score

The number matters less than the gap between the four.

An estate scoring 70 across the board is in better shape than one averaging 75 with a 30 in evidence — because the low square is where an inspection, an insurance claim or a serious incident will land first.

Under 40 · exposed

The information needed to answer a basic question — what's due, what's open, where's the certificate — isn't reliably available. This is usually a data problem before it's a software problem.

40–70 · holding, on effort

It works because specific people make it work. That's fine until they're on leave, leave the business, or the portfolio grows. This is the band where a system pays for itself fastest.

Above 70 · in control

You're already running a disciplined operation. The gains here are efficiency and evidence — less retyping, faster proof — rather than firefighting. Be sceptical of anyone selling you a rescue.
